ALSANCAK TIKE HAS OPENED ITS DOORS…

Tike Restaurant, serving traditional flavours and magnificent tastes of South, has opened its second branch in İzmir at Alsancak.

Tike restaurant, located in the recently renovated Swissotel Grand Efes Izmir’s garden in a two storey glass building, has got 1400m2 area. The restaurant has got an outdoor sitting area in the front garden facing the Cumhuriyet Square with a view of the sea and sunset.

It has got the capacity of serving 400 people in summer and 200 people in winter with a staff of 45 and a fully equipped kitchen. There are two bars in each floor and upper floor can be reserved for speacial nights, parties , meetings and occasions.

Tike, serving the best tastes of South, having 18 domestic restaurants and 3 branches in abroad, is celebrating its 10th year. It has started its way with the mission of making its guests feel at 'home'.

Every year Tike has been expanding its menu with different tastes. The menu gives delicious alternatives in its 10th year with its crispy wraps, new appetizers, meter kebaps, salads, and vegetarian plates.

With adding South’s tastes to İstanbul’s magic, Tike has been sharing the same excitement with its guests since the first day it has opened its first place in Levent. Tike continues serving in; Levent, Şaşkınbakkal, Güneşli, Florya, Kemerburgaz, Nişantaşı, Ataşehir, Bahçeşehir, Zekeriyaköy, Atatürk Airport in İstanbul as well as Kavaklıdere, Oran, Çayyolu in Ankara and Bornova in Izmir, Bursa and Türkbükü in Bodrum.

After opening in Alsancak, Tike will continue in expanding its branches till the end of 2008 with new restaurants in Girne and Kiev.

Turning into a ‘ Traditional Flavour’ with its domestic restaurants, Tike shares its tastes and rich menus in Athens, Thessaloniki in Greece and Hertzeila in Israel.

Tike is also taking place in Social Responsibility projects by supporting the Community Volunteers (Toplum Gönüllüleri Vakfı).

The project 'We Are Under the Same Sky!' which has been mainly financed by the donations gathered from Tike staff and Tike guests, is held by Community Volunteers in Yildiz Technical University.

Community Volunteers aim is to support the children -who are cared by Ministry of Justice- to improve themselves and participate in social life by organizing theater, computer, sports and ceramic workshops in Bayrampaşa Reformatory.
